- Envelope under 2 lbs: $6.00
- Package Weight over 2 lbs, under 3 lbs: $7.00
- Package Weight over 3 lbs, under 4 lbs: $8.00
- Package Weight over 4 lbs, under 5 lbs: $9.00
- Package Weight over 5 lbs, under 6 lbs: $10.00
- Package Weight over 6 lbs, under 7 lbs: $11.00
- Package Weight over 7 lbs, under 8 lbs: $12.00
- Package Weight over 8 lbs, under 9 lbs: $13.00
- Package Weight over 9 lbs, under 10 lbs: $14.00

Out of Stock Items
If any of the items are not in stock, we will contact you immediately. You may choose to wait for the out of stock items, substitute another product, or cancel your order. Your credit card will be charged only for the items that have been shipped.

- If you prefer to give us your credit card information over the phone, simply select that option under payment options on your shopping cart. If you order after hours, please be sure and call us the following business day.
- We are sorry but we do not accept COD orders or checks.
Personalized items are non-returnable, unless it was an error on the part of the Shop or the product is defective. The Monogram Shop is committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. Any errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please carefully review your order before submitting and upon receipt of your goods.
