Shipping Information

 

  • Embroidered items are usually shipped within 4 business days to allow for production time.
  • Engraved items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days to allow for production time.
  • Stationery orders are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks.
  • Production time is different over holiday time. Please feel free to contact us for production times.

Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery within the U.S. Stationery orders are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks. Production time is different over holiday time. Shipping charges are as follows:

  • Envelope under 2 lbs: $6.00
  • Package Weight over 2 lbs, under 3 lbs: $7.00
  • Package Weight over 3 lbs, under 4 lbs: $8.00
  • Package Weight over 4 lbs, under 5 lbs: $9.00
  • Package Weight over 5 lbs, under 6 lbs: $10.00
  • Package Weight over 6 lbs, under 7 lbs: $11.00
  • Package Weight over 7 lbs, under 8 lbs: $12.00
  • Package Weight over 8 lbs, under 9 lbs: $13.00
  • Package Weight over 9 lbs, under 10 lbs: $14.00
  • Package Weight over 10 lbs: Cart will not calculate.

    box on your order form.

There will be an additional charge for all packages shipped outside the United States. If you would like to know your exact total including shipping as explained above, please make a request in the comment section of the shopping cart when checking out and we will e-mail you the total before shipping. Out of Stock Items


If any of the items are not in stock, we will contact you immediately. You may choose to wait for the out of stock items, substitute another product, or cancel your order. Your credit card will be charged only for the items that have been shipped.

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. We have a highly secure site and ensure your information will be secure.
  • If you prefer to give us your credit card information over the phone, simply select that option under payment options on your shopping cart. You may then call us with your card information at 832-251-8771. Please call during our normal business hours M-F 10-5:30 and Sat 10-4. If you order after hours, please be sure and call us the following business day.
  • We are sorry but we do not accept COD orders or checks.
Return Policy


Personalized items are non-returnable, unless it was an error on the part of the Shop or the product is defective. The Monogram Shop is committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. Any errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please carefully review your order before submitting and upon receipt of your goods.

Please carefully review the initials you have entered and the order in which they are entered, as we are not responsible for incorrectly submitted orders. Each page lists the order in which initials should be entered. Please follow these carefully.

Order Cancellation and Changes


To cancel or change an order, call 832-251-8771. We will make every effort to accommodate you, although we cannot always guarantee that we can cancel or change the order once it has gone into production.
